A valid photo ID and proof of address are required for all clients and can be submitted electronically prior to the booking or shown at drop off. This helps us ensure the safety and security of all pets in our care.

All bookings require payment in full prior to drop-off, completed through a secure payment link we will provide.

Owners must provide a reliable emergency contact who can make decisions on their behalf if we are unable to reach them. This person should be available for the duration of the booking.
