We cannot accept applications for those under the age of 18.

• Provide two non-family references who can speak to your ability to care for animals responsibly.

• Include their name, email or phone number, and relationship to you.

• Describe your previous experience caring for pets of any size.

• Include any experience with medical care, diet, enrichment, and general husbandry.

Please upload a current photo of the cage, enclosure, or setup you plan to use for your new pet(s). We require this as part of the adoption review process to confirm the pet's living environment is ready.

• You may cover your ID number. Only your name, year of birth, address and photo need to be visible.

• If your ID does not include your current address, please provide proof of address below.

Submit a recent (within the last 3 months) document (screenshots are fine) displaying your full name and current address (i.e. a utility bill, bank statement, lease agreement, or government-issued mail). Any irrelevant information can be blurred out.
